DiGiSPICE Technologies grants 400,000 stock options to employees vesting over three years As on : 15-Sep-26  17:42

DiGiSPICE Technologies Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 400,000 stock options to eligible employees under the DTL Employees Stock Option Plan – 2018, with a pricing formula of Rs 16.87 per share, vesting over three years, and the options carrying the right to apply for an equal number of equity shares with a face value of Rs 3 each.
